Storage of gas and liquid phases
Gas phase storage:
Your samples are stored in gas phase without contact with liquid nitrogen. Corresponding racks ensure storage in gas phase (only available as COMFORT version).
Liquid phase storage:
Your samples are safely stored up to 100 percent in liquid phase at temperatures down to -196 °C.
Maximum capacity of the BIOSAFE® Venus:
- Up to 6,000 samples of 2 ml ampoules each in gas or liquid phase
- up to 44,880 sequins of 0.25 millilitres each
- up to 400 bags of 25 millilitres each
